Why you should nominate
Selecting individuals for the "Who Is She in Lebanon" database likely involves evaluating their contributions and achievements in several areas, including their work and impact on Lebanon, receipt of notable awards, efforts in breaking social barriers, innovation and creativity, leadership and influence, resilience, community empowerment, global impact, and inspiring personal or professional stories. These criteria help identify women whose lives and work have significantly contributed to society, providing role models and inspiring future generations.
If you know someone who would be a great addition to our database, please fill out the nomination form. The “Who is She” committee will then evaluate your submission based on specific criteria. This way, we make sure to select the most significant and impactful figures to include in the database.
Selection Process:
- Committee Structure: A Committee of five members has been established to review nominations and select profiles for inclusion on the website.
- Nomination Approval Timeline: Once a nomination is received, it will be reviewed by the committee within two weeks. After the review, the nominator will receive a response. If the profile is approved, the nominee will be contacted to provide the necessary information for website inclusion.
Once the information is submitted, the profile will be published on the website. - Assessment Criteria: Each nomination will be evaluated based on the specified criteria.
Notes:
- Our goal is to give every nomination a chance to be featured while ensuring we maintain a high-quality database showcasing women leaders making an impact in Lebanon.
