- Founder and Producer of the Christmas Caroling for a cause, a choir singing from all faiths for Christmas Celebrations, 2010-present.
- Co-founder of the "Annual Award Honoring Women Achievers" on the occasion of International Women's Day (organized by the YWCA), 2010-present.
- Initiated the "Inspire Project" at YMCA, whereby monthly roundtables are held to highlight the work of an inspiring woman making a change and a positive impact into society, 2014-present.
