  • Founder and Producer of the Christmas Caroling for a cause, a choir singing from all faiths for Christmas Celebrations, 2010-present.
  • Co-founder of the "Annual Award Honoring Women Achievers" on the occasion of International Women's Day (organized by the YWCA), 2010-present.
  • Initiated the "Inspire Project" at YMCA, whereby monthly roundtables are held to highlight the work of an inspiring woman making a change and a positive impact into society, 2014-present.
  • Initiated "Booklust", a book club where members meet on a monthly basis to discuss and anaylze a selected book, 2008-present.
