  • Author of many novels for teenagers (9 to 14 years) and children stories (5 to 7 years and 4 to 6 years).
  • Producing many paintings and displaying them in solo and group exhibits.

  • Listed on the IBBY Honour List for Excellence in Story Writing and speaker on behalf of 100 writers of children stories and artists listed on the honor's list, New Delhi IBBY conference, 1998.
  • Abdul Hamid Shuman Prize for Children Literature award for excellence in novel writing for youth and children, 2007.
  • Best Production Award by the Union of Publishers, Beirut International Book Fair, 2005.
  • Arab Child Story Prize, Abu Dhabi, 1999.
