Howayda Noun

As a MEAL Officer at HAQI Awrath, a local non-profit organization aims to empower women and advocate their inheritance rights in Lebanon, Howayda Noun applies her analytical and financial skills to monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact and outcomes of our projects. She holds a bachelor degree in data science from Lebanese University, and has over 6.5 years of work experience in the humanitarian sector, including as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Lebanese Youth Network, and as a Supervisor at LOST. She has developed and implemented various tools and methods to collect, analyze, and present data, such as surveys, dashboards, indicators, and reports. She has also contributed to the design, planning, and coordination.

Howayda is passionate about using data to improve the quality and effectiveness of humanitarian programs, and to support the empowerment and resilience of the women we serve. She has strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
