As a MEAL Officer at HAQI Awrath, a local non-profit organization aims to empower women and advocate their inheritance rights in Lebanon, I apply my analytical and financial skills to monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact and outcomes of our projects. I have a bachelor degree in data science from Lebanese University. I have over 6.5 years of work experience in the humanitarian sector, including as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Lebanese Youth Network, and as a Supervisor at LOST. I have developed and implemented various tools and methods to collect, analyze, and present data, such as surveys, dashboards, indicators, and reports. I have also contributed to the design, planning, and coordination. I am passionate about using data to improve the quality and effectiveness of humanitarian programs, and to support the empowerment and resilience of the women we serve. I have strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
