Community/Lebanon Impact

Grace Najjar boasts over a decade of experience as a national expert on internationally funded projects, supported by organisations such as the European Commission, the World Bank, GIZ, and USAID. Her work has been primarily focused on Lebanon's public sector. Notably, she has contributed to EU-funded projects aimed at modernising the Lebanese Parliament's Information Systems, applications, and infrastructure. Additionally, she has played a key role in developing procurement guides for external expertise allocation. Her engagements with USAID include supporting the accreditation of food testing laboratories under the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture in Lebanon.

Ms. Najjar is deeply involved with the Project Management Institute (PMI), being a founding member of the PMI Lebanon Chapter. She has held various executive roles within the chapter, spearheading initiatives to advance the project management profession and foster a robust network of qualified project managers in Lebanon.

With a strong background in teaching and education, Ms. Najjar is dedicated to nurturing both youth and professionals. She leads project management education, including PMP/CAPM certification preparation, at esteemed institutions such as École Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) Beirut, École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Beyrouth (ESIB), and Université Saint-Joseph (USJ-FS).
