Community/Lebanon Impact
Caroline Fattal's career combines over 25 years of corporate business experience with the skills of a certified professional business coach and the advocacy of a global champion for women and girls.
With experience as an Executive Committee member at Unilever Levant and Chairwoman of the Fattal Group, she possesses deep insight into the challenges facing shareholders, board chairs, board members, and senior executives.
Following her accreditations with both the Mudara Institute of Directors and the Institut Français des Administrateurs, she became one of the first female certified board directors in the region.
She is a sought-after speaker, coach, and workshop facilitator on topics such as family businesses and women’s leadership at the board level — covering how to reach these positions and how to contribute effectively.
Between 2014 and 2020, Forbes Middle East repeatedly recognized her as one of the “100 Most Powerful Arab Women in Business.” In January 2024, she earned a spot on the "Forbes 50 Over 50 Europe, Middle East, and Africa" annual list.
Committed to leading by example, she became an angel investor in the first Lebanese Women Angel Fund and serves as a formal mentor for both women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.
As the founder of Stand For Women, an NGO advocating for women’s empowerment and gender equality in the MENA region, she champions sisterhood and works to increase women’s participation across all levels of the corporate workforce.
Following the Beirut explosion, she launched the Marion Fund, an initiative that assisted over 250 women-owned SMEs affected by the blast to resume their businesses.
