Carole Rizkallah Alsharabati holds a PhD in Political Science from Claremont Graduate University with emphasis on International Relations and Quantitative Methods.
Her current research focuses on forced migration. She provides consulting on security sector reform, focusing on quantitative analysis and process automation. In 2014, she participated in the creation and launching of an anti-Corruption whistle blowing NGO (Sakker El Dekkene).
She has further consulted for the International Foundation for Electoral Systems and the Lebanese Ministry of Interior on electoral reform. She has participated in several World Bank missions on Stakeholder and Risk Analysis in various countries including Cambodia and Morocco.
Carole is also a founding partner of CME Offshore sal, a 100+ employee software engineering company based in Beirut, with branches in the US, Argentina, India and China. And she is a former director of the Institute of Political Science at Saint Joseph University.
