Community Involvement
Carol Mansour is a Lebanese-Palestinian documentary filmmaker who has received numerous awards. In 2000, she founded Forward Film Production in Beirut, through which she has produced and directed more than 25 documentary films. Her work focuses on human rights and social justice, addressing issues such as refugees, migrant workers, war and memory, environmental concerns, and mental health. Her films have been widely screened at international festivals and have received numerous awards.
